a limited timeframe, and protect the interior of the facilities during the project.
Solus, along with 2 roofing entities (a national contractor group and a manufacturer), were invited to bid on the replacement
of several roof systems for a major retailer.

Summary
Solus’ management techniques and resources allotted for immediate communication of our client’s proposal requirements
to the nation’s top roofing contractors. Within a 1 week time period, we were able to produce 60 qualified proposals
from local contractors exactly meeting the specifications provided. In addition, the insurance requirements and standards
surpassed all requirements of the client.

Solus Industries was confirmed the company with the most competitive price and the only company to offer complete
project management, tracking, reporting, and data storage of all activity.
The 2 roofing entities participating in the bidding process did not have Solus Industries’ techniques and management
capabilities therefore the closest bid was $700,000.00 more than ours and the other was $1,000,000.00 over our bid.
